1. 開頭

2. 自我推銷

在這一部分,要直奔主題。這一部分的目標就是或用段落或提示號的方式把為何你的讀者要僱傭你的理由陳列出來,最好先把你的資歷來個總括,然後再具體的說,加以例項。一個典型的開頭可以這樣寫:“我的專業是政治科學,在美國國會實習過,我獲得過以下的成就,具有以下的技能等等。

3.客套話

這是對主送單位或收件人的呼語。如用人單位明確,可直接寫上單位名稱,前用“尊敬的”加以修飾,後以領導職務或統稱“領導”落筆,如單位不明確,則用統稱“尊敬的貴單位(公司或學校)領導”領起,最好不要直接冠以最高領導職務,這樣容易引起第一讀者的反感,反而難達目的。

3、正文

正文是自薦信的核心,開語應表示向對方的問候致意。主體部分一般包括簡介、自薦目

的、條件展示、願望決心和結語五項內容。

簡介是自我概要的說明,包括自薦人姓名、性別、民族、年齡、籍貫、政治面貌、文化程度、校系專業、家庭住址、任職情況等要素,要針對自薦目的作簡單說明,無須冗長繁瑣。條件展示是求職自薦信的關鍵內容,主要應寫清自己的才能和特長。要針對所求工作的應知應會去寫,充分展示求職的條件,從基本條件和特殊條件兩個方面解決憑什麼求的問題。基本條件應寫清政治表現和學習活動兩方面內容。

願望決心部分要表示加盟對方組織的熱切願望,展望單位的美好前景,期望得到認可和接納,自然懇切,不卑不亢。

4、附件

求職自薦信附件主要包括個人簡歷,證書及文章複製件、需要附錄說明的材料,也可作為附件一一列出,一些公司招聘時忌諱用附件,在讀招聘資訊中要留意這一點。

5、落款

落款處要寫上"自薦人 的字樣,並標註規範體公元紀年和月日。隨文處要說明回函的聯絡方式、郵政編碼、地址、信箱號、電話號碼及呼機號等。署名處如列印複製件則要留下空白,由求職人親自簽名,以示鄭重和敬意。
