第一篇：應屆畢業生英文自薦信格式
自薦信屬於求職信的一種。
好的英文求職信和英文簡歷是進入大企業特別是外企的“敲門磚”。因此，如何寫好應聘的求職簡歷就顯得尤為重要。
英文求職信的一般由五個組成部分：寫信動機、自我介紹、能力（技能）介紹、結尾和附件。
寫信動機：
通常求職信是針對報紙上、網上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫的。因此，信中須首先提到時在何月何日的什麼報紙上看到的資訊、在什麼網路平臺看到的招聘廣告，又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等。當然，有時寫信人不知某機構、公司有工作機會，只是毛遂自薦，那麼也需說明寫求職信的緣由和目的。此外，需開門見山的點明應聘的職位或是希望承擔的職務
自我介紹：
此部分應述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景，尤其與應徵職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊技能。如無實際經驗，略述在學類似經驗亦可。
能力（技能）介紹：
如果缺乏工作經歷，可以將社會工作細節放在工作經歷中，這樣會填補工作經驗少的缺陷。例如，在做團支書、學生會主席等社會工作時組織過什麼活動，聯絡過什麼事，參與過什麼都可以一一羅列。
結尾：
求職信的結尾，應注意表達，珍惜工作機會和如果得到職位後將不遺餘力的表現決心，希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的機會等。此外，不要忘了註明正熱切盼望對方的回覆。
附件：
畢業證書、資格證書、獲獎證明應列好表單，附於求職信後。
格式與態度:
寫英文求職信,開頭寫每段第一句話時, 要頂格寫, 一定不要空兩格. 這點很重要, 請你注意; 不要用開玩笑的口吻與對方套近乎, 要嚴肅, 認真地寫.這能使對方感覺你很重視這件事情; 簡短介紹自己的專業與才能. 重點寫清楚你的能力可以滿足對方公司的需要.
個人資料:
寫英文求職信時,寫信人應述明自己的年齡或出生年月，教育背景，尤其是和應徵的職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊的技能；如無實際經驗,告知對方你正在學習經驗!
推薦自我:
寫英文求職信時,需重點注意約定面試時間.一定要寫清楚:我知道您很忙, 我很感謝您能在百忙之中抽幾分鐘時間跟我見面並談話. 請放心,這幾分鐘您一定不會浪費的!因為我確定我的能力一定使貴公司達到目的.要自信!但不要過份誇大自己的能力或表現過份信心，尤其不要說出與事實不符的能力或特性來.
結尾與聯絡方式:
寫英文求職信結尾時,需重點注意:不要等對方先打電話聯絡你, 你應該在英文求職信中明確寫出, 你會在此期間打電話約對方見面, 並告對方知具體聯絡時間;還要寫明, 在見面之前, 若對方有什麼問題需要了解的, 可發email或打電話聯絡你. 並寫清楚你的聯絡方式. 最後, 再一次寫明感謝他們抽時間看你的個人簡歷, 求職信. 並感謝他們考慮你的應聘.
寫英文求職信要點:
篇幅不易過長, 簡短為好;態度誠懇, 不需華麗詞彙; 讓對方感覺親切, 自信, 實在即可;不要誤看其他錯誤的寫作方法, 以免耽誤了你的求職機會.
紙張的選用:
建議你用灰色,黃褐色或米色紙作最終列印信紙. 要配合信封的顏色.
書寫：
字型要寫得整潔可辯,使用打字機把信打出來.具有專業感.
附郵票:
英語求職信內需附加郵票或回址信封.
語法:
準確無誤的語法,標點拼寫使讀信人感到舒暢.錯誤的語法或拼寫則十分明顯,一望即知.且不可把收信人的姓名或公司地址拼錯了.
例項假設：
你叫李平，你從報上得知某公司欲招聘一名英語翻譯，請你給該公司經理寫一份求職信，你的個人資料如下：
1.簡況：姓名，李平；年齡，30歲；身高，1.80米；健康狀況，良好；業餘愛好，游泳、唱歌、跳舞。
2.簡歷：1994年北京大學畢業後分配到南通中學工作，1996年調至蘇州中學工作至今。3.工作：工作認真負責，與人相處融洽。
4.特長：精通英語，尤其口語，已將多本中文書籍譯成英語，懂一些日語、能用日語與外賓對話。

第一步：介紹訊息來源介紹訊息來源實際上是求職信的開篇交待句，它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢；而不介紹訊息來源，會使收信人感到意外、突然，文章也缺乏過渡、照應，本文訊息來源可作如下介紹：
dear manager，i learned from the newspaper that your company wanted to hire an english translator.
第二步：表明求職心願介紹完訊息來源後，應向收信人表明自己的求職心願，即寫信的目的，本文求職心願可作如下介紹：
i‘m interested in this job very much. i’d like to get this job.
第三步：介紹個人簡歷某單位需要新人，求職人也有求職心願，但這並不意味著這項工作非你莫屬。如果你沒有幹好這項工作的經歷、實力，也是難以適應的。因此，介紹個人簡歷是必不可少的。本文個人簡歷可介紹如下：
now i‘d like to introduce myself to you. my name is li ping. i’m 30 years old. i‘m 180 cm tall. i’m healthy. i like swimming，singing and dancing in my spare time. i graduated from beijing university in ，i went to work in nantong middle 1996，i began to work in suzhou middle school and i have worked there until now.
第四步：擺出求職優勢僅有一定的工作經歷而沒有自身的優勢和特長，也很難求得稱心如意的工作。因此，求職時應表明自己除了具有一定的工作經歷之外，還具有一定的優勢和特長，這樣才能穩操勝券。本文可通過如下方法擺出自己的優勢：
i work hard and i can get along well with others. i‘m good at english and especially my spoken english is very good. i’ve translated many chinese books into english. i can understand japanese and i can talk to foreigners in japanese freely.
第五步：提出獲職打算豐富的工作經驗，一定的優勢和特長，只能代表過去和現在的情況，如果獲職後自以為心願已了，從此高枕無憂，馬虎從事，那也是得不到用人單位認可的。顯然表明獲職後努力工作的決心是感動用人單位的領導從而順利謀得此項工作的重要一環。本文獲職打算可作如下介紹：if you agree with me，i‘ll work hard and try to be a good translator.
第六步：請求答覆聯絡如果單位領導同意了你的求職要求，你必然要請他和你聯絡，以便你及時做好準備
，到用人單位應聘或報到。為準確起見，請求答覆聯絡時你還應當提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話號碼、電子信箱等。本文答覆聯絡的內容可作如下介紹：
if you agree with me，please write a letter to me or phone me. i live at no.1 renmin road，suzhou city. my telephone number is 3654371.
第七步：表明感激之情無論你的請求是否能夠得到滿意的答覆，你給用人單位寫信就是給對方添了麻煩，因此你應向對方表明感激之情。本文可這樣來表明感激之情：
