【面試注意點】：
1、接到面試通知後，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然後試著講述幾次，感覺一下。
2、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，並向所有的面試人員（如果有多個面試考官的話）示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過來後才開始。
3、 注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過於簡短。

a:如何寫簡歷，及寫簡歷的七忌
簡歷準備----- 在找工作前要必須做一份個人簡歷（推薦信）.如是外語方面的工作，要中文和外文都準備。包括學校和個人簡介、證書及身份證影印件。簡歷可以按自己的格式，也可以按人才市場提供的標準表格，用人單位一般都會接受。原件要隨身帶著給用人單位當場驗證真偽，影印件可給用人單位留底參考。一份完整的個人簡歷內容寫滿一頁a4紙大小就可以，不要長篇大論寫成幾頁紙，乾淨整潔、言簡意賅就可以。內容包括個人資訊（性別、年齡）、畢業學校及所學專業、個人聯絡方式、求職職位、受教育及培訓背景、獲得過何種等級證書、實習、工作經歷、能力和優勢。特別要強調你的能力和優勢及工作經驗或實習經驗。
寫簡歷特別要注意:
定位明確-----要找什麼工作.
突出重點-----有什麼能力,有哪方面經驗.
寫簡歷的七不要
不要像寫論文那樣準備厚厚的一本。企業看一份簡歷的時間一般不會超過5分鐘，沒有哪個企業領導會有耐心讀你的“專著”，要善於抓住要點，建議長度不要多於2頁a4紙。
不要把那些跟職位和工作無關的興趣愛好都一股腦地寫進去，比如旅遊、看小說、唱歌、鋼琴等等，這些興趣愛好通常不會給你加分。
不要把在學校的各科成績單都附上，你是去企業應聘，不是申請出國留學。當然，如果你的學習成績特別優秀，那你就寫上曾經連續幾年拿過一等獎學金或者成績全年級第幾名等，這就足夠了。
簡歷不要設計得過於華麗，這會讓用人單位覺得你太會包裝自己，把工夫都用在了外表上，甚至認為你的簡歷是請專門的美術人員“裝潢”出來的。
與應聘職位無關的工作經驗不要寫。根據用人單位的性質、對職位的要求，提供出足以向用人單位證明自己能力的背景資料就可以了。
簡歷中不要面面俱到地展示你的所有方面才能，這樣用人單位會抓不住重點。
建議不要在簡歷中寫明最低薪水要求及職位要求，否則你可能失去面談的機會，不要自己給自己設定過高的門檻。
建議：
突出學歷或經驗
如果你是名牌大學畢業生，那就儘量突出你畢業的學校；若是你所學的專業與應聘的工作內容非常對口，那就儘量突出你的專業背景；如果你學歷背景沒有優勢，

如果經濟條件允許,最好是列印簡歷再影印.當然,如果字寫得很漂亮,可以用寫的,這可以多展示你的一項能力-----字寫得不錯.
不是標準的格式，總之要一份求職資訊記錄需要包括以上基本資訊。
早記錄：請到達人才市場前將要找的職位記錄在筆記本上，避免進場再一個一個攤位找、一行一行地看有沒有你要的職位而錯失時間或機會。如你是要參加深圳市人才市場的現場招聘會，你最好前一天就上網查以上感興趣職位的資訊。如不能上網查詢，你於坐車前買一份當天的深圳特區報或深圳商報，你還可以在車上將感興趣的職位資訊記錄在筆記本上。當你走進人才市場時你就直接按你記錄找招聘單位的攤位號就可以了。（有些人沒有做準備，進人才市場後一行行地找，一個攤一個攤地看，這樣太浪費時間，也許根本就沒有或只有幾個職位，但他不得不將所有攤位看完才知道。等他找一遍要1到2個小時，人多時根本進不去某些攤位或別人早就招好人走了）。網上求職也要記錄好，以免忘了去哪個公司應聘什麼職位及以前要求的工資條件。
d:提早到達
請於8：30---9：00到人才大市場。深圳市人才大市場於8：30開門，一般招聘單位9：00左右才到，這樣你可以趁早找到相關的攤位做準備投簡歷和麵試。其它人才市場一般也會在9點開門。用人單位對第一個面試者的印象往往是最深的，也是好的。如果到人多時再去面試，用人單位的人會因空氣不暢通或太擠造成心煩意亂比較情緒不好，對你很難產生好的評價。
e:投簡歷前的準備
如何投簡歷：一,給對方簡歷前，要儘量多地提前做些功課，好好上網查查招聘企業的資料，並針對性地修改簡歷，然後再去那個企業應聘。二，在企業招聘會現場給企業遞交簡歷時，要選擇人不是很多、很亂的時候，要爭取多跟用人單位聊聊，增加對方的印象，最好能讓對方把你的簡歷做上重點標註或者當時決定約你什麼時間去公司再次面試，否則你的簡歷極有可能被淹沒在一堆競爭者的簡歷當中永無出頭之日。三，準備一張自己覺得比較滿意、能體現你的氣質的近照，在給對方簡歷的同時附上你的照片，這會加深對方對你印象。四，還應該儘量選擇好要應聘的職位，找把握最大的職位應聘，不要對同一個公司應聘好多個不同的職位，那樣用人單位會覺得你定位不清楚，不是專業人才。五、在投之前簡歷上可以不寫上求職的具體職位，將此空白，在投簡歷時才寫上。因為有很多相似的職位你可以挑選，或不同公司對職位的名稱叫法不一樣、也不限制你的選擇。（如你可能適合做跟單員，也適合做外貿業務員，也適合做船務文員，甚至文祕或其它類職位，你在投簡歷前再將應聘職位寫在簡歷上避免了塗改產生的不美觀）。
f:面試時如何推銷自己
自己面試時要：多推銷、問清楚、講明白。
多推銷：要像賣產品一樣把自己“賣”出去、還要“賣”個好價錢。求職就是要多找自己身上的賣點，向用人單位“賣”文憑、經驗、能力、本領。當用人單位要你介紹時，你要抓住機會當場展現你的才能（如直接與用人單位的老外用外語交流、用外語介紹、提問等），在有許多競爭者爭同一個職位時還要展現你的獨家絕活來表現你與別人不一樣。
問清楚：（1）要問清楚公司能不能在你上班就馬上籤勞動合同並於試用期滿後提供社會保險和醫療保險等。有的不正規的公司是做不到上面兩條的。同時你要問清楚試用期多久（一般1-3個月，勞動法規定最多不能超過6個月。），可不確定或超過6個月的公司可以不考慮。（2）要問清包住宿和伙食是否要扣錢？按常理包住宿和伙食是公司免費提供住和吃的。但以前我碰到過有的公司說包住宿和伙食，但每個月從工資中扣除住宿和伙食費200餘元。這樣工資就變相地減少了。（3）要問清楚發工資的時間。很多公司將員工工資押一個月（如你2月進公司，到3月底才領2月份的工資。不過押1個星期到10天是正常的，財務要核算），以防員工領了工資就走了，這也不算很好的公司。（4）如不包住宿，還要問有沒有其它補貼如：交通費、住房補貼、通訊補貼及具體金額等。（5）問清楚進公司上班要帶的所有資料和證件。（如身份證、畢業證和等級證原件，健康證，文憑驗證書，簡歷。）。
講明白：幾乎所有公司對新進人員都有試用期。工資要講清楚：試用期xxx元，過了適用期後加xx元。不然有些公司在你過了試用期後也不加工資，要等試用期滿後半年或一年才“統一”調工資。那等於你的試用期過後就沒工資加了，要等統一調整。對你不公平。
別人面試時多聆聽：如果有人在你前面面試時，你要多注意聽用人單位面試考官提問的內容及透露出的用人單位的基本資訊，瞭解他們關心的重點問題（如文憑、經驗、能力等）並提早做出相應的回答對策、對照自己有沒有相關資格或能力。掌握他們能提供的條件和福利與別人進行比較或與自己的要求比較是否可接受。 g：面試時如何回答用人單位提出的問題？
以下是用人單位常問的一些問題，你要做相應的準備！
1） 可不可以簡單介紹一下你自己?
這個題目是任何一個用人單位都會問的.(可能有些單位會問:你有何優點,缺點,能力等).你要基本上將簡歷上所寫的學歷,工作經驗及實習經驗,能力等方面口頭方式講述給用人單位,特別要突出重點:能力,學歷,經驗.
2） 為何會來我們公司應聘？
你為了表明應徵原因及工作意願，回答時答案最好是能與該公司的產品及企業相關的，最好不要回答因為將來有發展性、因為安定等答案，要表現出有充分研究過企業的樣子。
3）你對我們公司有了解嗎？
這是公司想測試你對公司的興趣及進公司工作的意願有多少的問題，如果回答“完全不瞭解”，那就沒有必要再說下去了，最好要稍稍記住公司簡介內容及徵聘人事的廣告內容，最好的回答就是“因為對該公司的xx點相當有興趣所以才來應徵”。
4）對我們公司有何印象？
因為還沒進入公司上班，所以主考官也不會太為難你，只要說出在其他公司所沒有的感受就可以了，或者說出面試當天的印象也可以。
5）選擇這份工作的動機？
這是想知道你對這份工作的熱忱及理解度，並篩選因一時興起而來應徵的人，如果是無經驗者，可以強調“就算職種不同，也希望有機會發揮之前的經驗”。
6）你認為這份工作最重要的是什麼？
敘述工作特性的同時，也要加上自己的看法，如果是有工作經驗的人，最好說明自己的基本心態。
7）你認為這個業界的現況怎樣？
沒必要陳述獨創的見解，能傳遞正確意見便已經足夠，如果是異業轉行，就不光只是闡述市場的動向更要加上自己的見解才好。
8）如果進入公司的話，想做什麼樣的工作？
這是招募很多職種的公司最有可能問到的問題，面試者如果不論外勤或內勤都回答“可以”的話，反而會讓人懷疑工作態度；如果這家公司只招募一個職種還是被問到這個問題時，是為了確認你有無猶豫，你只要清楚的敘述自己想做的事就可以了，如“現在想在**工作方面衝刺，將來則希望能在aa方面努力”等，朝自己想要的目標陳述即可。
9）有取得什麼資格嗎？
雖然沒有強調工作需要某種資格，也有可能被問到這樣的問題，往後考慮分發地或能否在新事業發展，這句話都能派上用場，其他或許是想知道你對何事感到興趣。
